How to register as a Customer
1. On NoTi Mobile App
• Click on Register button.
• Select Customer option.
• Select New E-DL or ID/Passport.
• Enter Personal Details. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) in your email.
• Input the OTP (One Time Password).
• Enter other Customer details and click Submit. A pop up appears that you have registered
successfully.
• Face ID Registration: Take a picture of your face.
• Once complete, the Customer is notified by email that:
a) Input during registration was successful.
b) Once the registration details are verified he/she will be notified.
c) Before full verification, the Customer can transact up-to a limit of Kshs.25,000/-.
Merchants, however, can only transact after full verification.
2. On NoTi Web App
i. Click on Sign up link.
ii. Select Customer option or Customer with e-Driver’s License or e-Vehicle License.
iii. Select New EDL or ID/Passport.
iv. Enter Personal Details as required. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) in your email.
v. Input the OTP to enable you to proceed with the registration process to completion.
vi. Once complete, the Customer shall be notified by email that:
a) Input during registration process was successful.
b) Once the registration details are verified he/she will be notified.
c) Before full verification, the Customer can transact up-to a limit of Kshs.25,000/-.
Merchants, however, can only transact after full verification.
